Designed an HMI/IVI ecosystem for production vehicles, from driver journeys and system states to fleet-management tools. Reduced product risk through early testing and transparent cross-functional delivery.
iRobot
Led the launch of Roomba Home, a global robot-management app with 1.5M+ MAU. Designed LTE, home mapping, cleaning, routines, and system states, improving activation by 17 points and SUS by 23 points.
MoF UAE
Launched updated mobile services for the UAE Ministry of Finance. Simplified complex applications and financial procedures, cutting key form completion time by more than half and increasing NPS by 52 points.
Beneflo
Led the launch of Beneflo, a B2B2C corporate-benefits platform. Shared web/mobile logic and a design system helped reach pilot in three months and reduce development cost by 27%.
